Drop Off Area
The main drop off point is dedicated for the Retail and the visitors and located in the front side of the building facing Detroit road. There is a secondary drop off point dedicated for the offices in the back side of the building.
Pedestrian Promenade
We created a small pedestrian promenade in front of the retail component that connects with the main lobby. There is an access also from the indoor carpark into the lobby.
Grand Lobby
Entrance lobby with an iconic central sculpture and elevators with a viewing glass.
Office Views
We locate lift core in the middle to maximize the views for the offices.
Green Spaces
There are private terraces for the offices located in different levels of the building and they are facing the Detroit Road and Autodrome.
